Great apartments for anyone and everyone great community, very quiet. Safety is the offices number 1 priority at the moment. You get exactly what you pay for here great, renovated, small, apartments. We haven't had many issues with the place itself and the moment we did the maintance was there the next day fixing it. Love it here me and my girlfriend look forward to staying here a little longer.

I have live here almost 6 years and not have any issue. They communicate very well and will do anything to meet your needs. Very happy here. They had added a new basketball which it nice to see again.

New management is doing amazing things at Rolling Pines and the new manager is the icing on the cake. She is very kind and acts like she really cares. I appreciate how hard the maintenance /landscaping guys work and honestly don't think I could find a better place for the price!
